When I saw the second SMS, I broke out in laughter. But I thank God for friends who will affirm who you are in moments when you just don’t feel like yourself, moments where you forsake yourself, but they hold on to what you’ve let go of, and moments where everything around you appears to be crumbling, but they’re gluing the pieces back together for you. Oh, and I thank God for friends who are willing to go on roller coaster rides with me. Don’t know where that came from, but I’m glad for it, anyhow.
