I have always dealt with people however I have felt and led by the Spirit. We can't expect anything less other than perfection could we? ;) After knowing our temperaments and that of others, we know how to utilise our strengths and minimise our weaknesses, as well as getting along with others better. For example, most politicians are sanguines but they need cholerics or melanchoics as their support team to run things in the background, while the spouse is most probably phlegmatic. I find that most cholerics enjoy the presence of a phleg when it comes to marriage :) All in all we still depend on Christ to change us to be more like him, but knowing our temperament(s) does help.
