I’ve just sold my car. The guy paid the deposit and I’ve taken it in faith. Will deliver the car .. next week or something. Hahaha.
Here are some memories of you … my little SLK.

Ping/comment if you’re still here .. need some encouragement.
Work’s been so busy, though yeah .. another interesting business proposition came up.
Pray for me. Can’t wait to go on leave this weekend. Took Friday off, so I’ll be back in Penang to firstly rest and then celebrate my Dad’s 63rd birthday.
Liz is coming along, cause she needs a break too.
Okay, back to work.
I think, for the first time in 1 year and 7 months, I’ve had to bring work back over the weekend.
I think it’s something to praise God for. I guess.
Back to work.
Liz and I talked yesterday about a business proposition yesterday .. and she asked me this,”So, do you think God’s calling you to business?” My answer was,”I know God has given me an entrepeneuring, creative and smart mind so I need to do the best I can with it.”
I’m really quite serious about this … so I thought the thing through the day. Major logistical considerations such as work force, location, capital, and nature of business were largely vague and tough to foresee, but will be planning thoroughly from now onwards to look at the feasibility of it.
That’s why I need some godly inspiration for business!
Pray along! And patronize me next time, kay?
God is good. God is smart. We are made in the image of God .. therefore we are good and we are smart!
Amen. :p
Heard this song over my iTunes, and it made me think of you.
Listen to it: Continue reading ‘you got a friend, Liz’
My, thank God it’s Friday again. Work’s been pretty crazy, having gone to Kluang (which is in johor, for those who don’t know or aren’t in Malaysia) on Monday, scheduled to go to Batu Berendam, Malacca the day after but I weaseled out off that appointment (in which I later foundout from another colleague … that it was a total waste of time).
Yesterday I was at Bukit Beruntung, about an hours out northbound from KL.
Came down with a splitting headache yesterday, induced by the constant changing (oxymoron) between hot and cold environments with smokers hanging around you puffing away. Then there’s the travelling. Then there’s the smoking. Then there’s ANOTHER appointment.
Then there was the rain.
I came home, showered and crashed.
Missed worship practice due to the after-effects of sleeping with a headache.
Gah. Looking forward to cell tonight though. Making the discussion interesting!
… for 19 months.
Ever since I started work, I’ve never been comfortable in my work chair. I’ve tried every single setting to adjust the height, skew angle .. and whatnots .. and I’ve never felt comfortable.
Today, I decided to complain about it .. and I got a chair with a taller back. Much better.
GAH. 19 months on the wrong chair.
I remember writing about the theme, Year of Obedience of my church in 2005. I remember how real the Word revealed itself to me through the Holy Spirit, and ever since then .. I’ve strived to obey what I think He wants me to obey. During service on Saturday, God reminded me again of Deuteronomy 28, and Ps. Julie preached on the topic “The Favour of the Lord”. Boy, does God speak .. or does HE SPEAK! Haha. Continue reading ‘obedient year?’
Here’s a shot of Leonard and Eleena which I love. It’s quite natural, and the flash fallout just dims everything in the background .. albeit not pitch black.
