Liz and I decided to stay home on Sunday night, have a few friends over and cook! It was a little .. disorganized .. as my kitchen isn’t full featured. We lacked a table for food preparation, a shelf to keep all the spices/miscellaneous stuff for easy retrieval.
But we made do with what we had and managed to cook up a great meal!
The menu:
- Salad
- Baked potatoes with mayonnaise
- Spirelli pasta with garlic sausages, mixed vege, in a tomato based sauce (2 versions - one stir fried, another sauce on pasta)
- Baked chicken wings! *yummy*
We had so much food! I think it could easily feed like .. 6 people. I actually invited Victor over, and Nick too .. but they came late. Nick had already eaten, but Victor came close to 10pm, so I’ve already kept all the food for tapau lunch the next day.
But it was good!
Anyhow has any shelves and table top for the kitchen to donate to us?
Let me know!
Pitchaaaaaaaassss!

pamsong: Get some gas la .. and a stove. We’ve got a picnic burner, but didn’t use it. Instead, we used the oven and electric cooker .. quite nifty. Hehehe.
