We had Jon’s farewell at Ben & Nick’s diner on Monday night, and it was a good fun time of eating together and celebrating .. whoops .. catching Jon before he leaves for Melbourne. I rushed back from Sri Kembangan to PJ to pick Liz up, and then head to my place to grab my camera, then lead Siaw Jiun and Tze Siang to the place as they weren’t sure.
By the time I left, I had a headache from the long day. Check the pichaaaaaaassss out!
I decided to make my own header image, after experimenting a couple of times with it .. don’t know where my old files are, but the new header is entirely self inspired! Some of the elements are revealed in this entry, as promised. Starting from the background …
Liz and I decided to stay home on Sunday night, have a few friends over and cook! It was a little .. disorganized .. as my kitchen isn’t full featured. We lacked a table for food preparation, a shelf to keep all the spices/miscellaneous stuff for easy retrieval.
But we made do with what we had and managed to cook up a great meal!
OOOh .. check this out. After washing clothes .. the water can then be recycled and used for toilet water, saves space cause we all know how big washing machines can be .. and on top of that .. when the washing machine goes into spin mode ..
Whoa! Haven’t recovered from self-declared MC due to a sore throat .. and I’m already doing extreme sports the day after. So much fun. Check out the slideshow!
I got up on Sunday morrning, and decided to sleep in for a little but the sun up and my curtains don’t really do a good job in blocking out the sun. So, I turned the air-conditioning on and tucked in, and plugged into Tommy Emmanuel’s CD.

Had my friends over at my place, and it was a night full of laughter, and food! Andrew Lim was back from Australia, and we had a good time laughing about his weight and his sub-conscious inability to resist food. We laughed about a lot of other stuff too, not just weight.
Ah, here are the shots from my first outing with the new camera. Our cell had an outing to Sungai Congkak, and we had loads of fun!

I have taken the dive. Expensive dive, but I think it’ll be a good investment. The memories it will capture, the hearts the pictures will melt. Chewah.

This year, all the Lees made it back for Christmas, and we all had a nice steamboat dinner at home in Penang. It was good to have Gerald back, as he hasn’t been back for some time.
